Students are versatile and ashv pools them on a single track to extract their extraordinary skills in different streams. MITS is the gateway to encourage students in this every respect. India is a country which has been adorably successful in protecting its cultural heritage since ages. MITS ensures this heritage and leaves no scope to contrast with any such concept which will hinder holistic development of students. ashv provides an opportunity to the interested graduates to compete in various technical, cultural and sports events. ashv is budding with technical extravaganza through workshops, quizzes, project-expo and poster presentation.

Things to Notice:

• Participants are allowed to choose any 3 sub-events as per their choice from all cultural categories.
• If any participant wants to  chose more than 3 sub-events, they should pay Rs 250/- extra per sub-event at the registration counter at the main stage.
• All Online/Spot registrations  are provided with free working lunch ( Excluding Sports participants)
• All Online registrations done on or before deadline (07-02-2018) are provided  a discount of Rs.100/- except for workshops. 
• Those who need accommodation, they have to pay Rs.150/- per head extra for 2 Days stay for both online & spot registration.
• Cricket tournament participants will get accommodation for 4 days ( from 14-02-2018 to 17-02-2018 ) at Rs.150\- per head only.
• Panel would be out sourcing and the Judgement of the panel is final.
